You can book online through our booking page, call us at 020 1234 5678, or visit the salon in person. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
Yes! We offer gift vouchers in any amount. They can be purchased in the salon or by contacting us. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used for any service.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. For hair colour services, we recommend not washing your hair the day of. For facials, come with a clean face free of makeup. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know in advance.
Yes! We offer comprehensive bridal packages including hair, makeup, nails, and skincare. We recommend booking a consultation at least 3-6 months before your wedding date to discuss your vision and schedule a trial.
